JJ practices law throughout the State of Washington and North Idaho. He focuses his practice on representing people and families who were injured and harmed by the wrongful conduct of other individuals, corporations, or governmental entities. As a result, he is regularly sought out to represent people in various types of personal injury cases from car accidents to lawsuits against insurance companies for failing to live up to their promises and duties. JJ credits his work ethic to growing up in Tekoa, WA (a small town south of Spokane), where he learned the value of hard work and the importance of integrity…not to mention the intrinsic reward gained from helping a neighbor. He is driven to win the fight for his clients by his compassion for others and belief that everyone (even the “little guy”) is entitled to justice under the law.
In addition to being a lawyer, JJ is a leader and volunteer in our community. He currently serves as President of the Brain Injury Alliance of Washington (BIAWA) Spokane Chapter. The BIAWA Spokane Chapter is an organization that is dedicated to the prevention of Traumatic Brain Injuries, as well as improving the lives of those already affected by a brain injury. JJ has extensive experience representing individuals in personal injury cases who suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury, and he is dedicated to ensuring there are free resources available to survivors and caregivers, such as those provided by BIAWA Spokane Chapter.
