Octavia was born in Bremerton, WA and moved to Spokane when she was 7. Octavia is a North Central High School graduate – Class of 2014.

Octavia has vast experience in Property Management. Prior to joining Armitage & Thompson, she worked for a management company for 8 years where she oversaw landlord-tenant disputes and relations. Octavia now works closely with our attorneys in landlord-tenant matters as a legal assistant.

When she’s not on the clock, Octavia enjoys spending time with her friends and family. You can find her at the gym, playing with her dogs, or having a Harry Potter movie marathon.
